On 29th January, 2030 Squadron played 194 Squadron in the quarter finals of the inter-Squadron football competition. Although it was the first game that the Squadron had played, the lads of 2030 led by CWO Jay Bayliss went into the game strong. Cadets were given the chance to take their initial weapon training on the number 8 rifle. The cadets were thoroughly trained and tested. The cadets also gained some range experience by completing grouping practices.
